The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Ministry of Education and Training offers 100 highly-rated open positions to candidates for public sector posts, including a post holder who holds an MBA degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution. The post holders shall have to be domiciled in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, and other cities of Lahore.
The secretarial jobs at all levels are available temporarily only. Candidates should apply for these posts in February. Only shortlisted candidates will get an interview call for selection.

Recruiting Executive Development Programmes (REPDECVIP) Funded by the National Commission for Minorities (NCFM), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DSJ&E) to promote equality, social justice, and empowerment among minority groups through community-based programs, such as youth development, women’s empowerment, and peacebuilding initiatives.
These posts are for those selected for recruitment as Recruitment Supervisors/Assoc Manager and Recruitment Senior Staff.

The full eligibility criteria for these posts are as follows:
• Candidate must possess a minimum educational qualification of Karachi University Level 7 or equivalent or higher. Applicable professional qualifications of BBA, MPA from a college recognized by NCMA, UGC, ODP, NAFSA, etc. shall also be considered. However, applicants must be aware that such education/professional qualifications would be applicable in case they are not certified by their respective universities/ educational institutions
• Candidates must complete 35% personal leave in two semesters during the period of service (from August 2018 to December 2020). This leaves them with no more than six months left before retirement
• Candidates must hold a commercial driver’s license/ vehicle registration No. from Islamabad Transport Company Limited
• Candidates must possess at least three months of driving experience as well as be legally permitted to drive.
• Candidates must have completed their training at the National College of Engineering, Karachi
• Candidates must have cleared graduation or diploma, BBA or equivalent.
• Candidates should be physically fit and mentally stable. In case of emergency, candidates may be called upon by the employer.
• Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent education and must have secured some post-secondary qualifications (BS/MPA/etc.)
• Candidates should not have been convicted of a petty crime or sexual offense of any kind.
You will need to send in certificates of character and conduct along with clear-cut answers. Your responses should include copies of certificates along with personal biographical and work experiences.
You’ll have to submit them during this stage by way of scanned images of inspected ID.
The salary package given below would be for each year of service
Salary for Year 1 to 3 Rs. 200000 Rs.200000
Salary for Year 4 and Above Rs. 50,000
In addition to having received this amount, you will also be entitled to pay an additional monthly stipend for your services.
You will be paid for all the services rendered to the abovementioned agencies. These include assisting in resolving cases and complaints related to natural disasters at the local level/national level/international level. You will also be expected to ensure efficiency in processing the requests. Your performance is gauged on such factors as Quality, Reliability, and Speed at which you deliver any task assigned to you. There will also be some allowances for meeting set targets and ensuring proper attendance at the office.
Candidates will be given allowances for extra working hours and travel allowance instead of vacation to address medical emergencies. They must be on their toes and healthy-looking.
